RENTAL POLICY

Rental Policy

Rental Period

• The rental period begins when you take possession of the equipment and ends when the equipment is returned to us.
• Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

   

Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your rental. The deposit amount will be determined based on the value of the equipment rented.
• Payment in full is due prior to the start of the rental period.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment at our discretion.

   

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the rental period to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period will be subject to a cancellation fee.

   

Equipment Use and Care

• You are responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment during the rental period.
• You must follow all instructions provided by us and use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
• You must not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair the equipment without our prior approval.

   

Damage and Loss

• You are responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment during the rental period.
• You must notify us immediately of any damage or loss to the equipment.
• You may be charged for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged or lost equipment.

   

Liability

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of our equipment or services.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our equipment or services.
