Boomax is an owner-led AV equipment rental company based in Monsey, helping customers across Rockland County and nearby areas plan dependable sound, video, and lighting.

Built around making AV rental feel easier

Boomax was built around a simple belief: renting AV equipment should feel clear, prepared, and personal. An event can have dozens of moving parts. Sound, video, and lighting should not be the part that leaves you guessing.

That belief shapes how we work. We ask about the room, audience, schedule, and program; recommend practical equipment; prepare the included cables and accessories; and make the plan clear before the event. Some customers pick up in Monsey. Others ask us to deliver, set up, test, remain on site, or return for breakdown. Either way, the goal is the same: dependable equipment and a calmer event day.

How we prepare

From the first conversation to the final pickup

You tell us about the event by phone, message, or quote request. We ask about the venue, audience, schedule, and program.

We recommend equipment that fits without adding more than the event needs, then confirm availability, pricing, and logistics.

The rental is prepared with its included cables and accessories for Monsey pickup or delivery to the venue.

If setup or support is booked, our team installs and tests the system, provides the agreed support, and coordinates breakdown and return.
